Sukhi Inc. ("Sukhi," "we," "us") provides an AI-guided wellness coaching platform, including Ana, our AI wellness companion, and structured, clinically-informed programs, made available to you directly or through your employer, health plan, or another sponsoring organization.
To provide and personalize the Services; to generate aggregate, de-identified engagement and outcome reporting for the organization or health plan that sponsors your access; and to improve our programs and content over time.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the content of your conversations, journal entries, or session data with your employer, health plan, or any third party — they receive aggregate, de-identified data only. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to individual account data is limited to what our personnel need to operate and support the Services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay, in accordance with applicable law.
The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
